"Was an easy install, just make sure that you plan it out before hand and have all the fittings you will need especially if you are going to add your refrigerator to it. The pressure is so much better than the cheap Chinese make that I had before this one. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good RO system. I can also recommend the water test as well. "The water filter successfully filters water. 10/10 on the device itself. No notes. (Though I do wish the three pre-filters weren't a single unit, but that's hindsight) Now the service. Ordering replacement filters takes weeks. The online chat rarely works. The 'talk to an expert' email goes into a black hole and they don't reply. The phone service closes before the published hours on the website. Once you actually get a person, they're usually really helpful. But I get the feeling that the company is perpetually under-staffed to cut corners. I recommend buying your filters off Amazon (and I hate Amazon) because you can get them much faster. And if you're not quite handy and ready to support yourself, go with a local brand who you can ring up for service."
