3M™ Scotchkote 134 Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Coating is a one-part, heat curable, thermosetting epoxy coating designed for corrosion protection of metal. The epoxy is
applied to preheated steel as a dry powder which melts and cures to a uniform coating thickness. This bonding process provides excellent adhesion and coverage on applications such as valves, pumps, pipe drains, hydrants and porous castings. Scotchkote 134 coating is resistant to wastewater, corrosive soils, hydrocarbons, harsh chemicals, and sea water. Powder properties allow easy manual or automatic application by electrostatic or air-spray equipment.
- Suitable for elevated temperature service in presence of H2S, CO2, CH4, crude oil and brine.
- Long-term performance history in water, sewage, and other service environments.
- Scotchkote 134 coating has been tested and certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61, Drinking Water System Components.
- Scotchkote 134 FBEC meets the requirements of AWWA Standard C213 and C550.
- Operating temperature dry is 235°F/ 113°C

regarding the Harmsco WB 90SC-2 , if I use a carbon block filer will I still be able to get the maximim or near max flow rate of 100GPM ?
Absolutely not – the carbon cartridge is rated at 10 GPM. (see link)

Are your filtration systems have a dirty particle drain on the bottom so you can flush the filter without taking the filter out each time to clean it. I work at a wastewater plant and whichever unit we buy is going to have to clean effluent water. It will be used in a Tritan Belt press for it's water source and the water has to run through tiny nozzles to distribute the water on the belts. There are a lot of particles in the water so a filter will have to be cleaned almost every day. That is why I'm asking the question.
If you are using this with a belt press, are you running the filtrate through the filter or is this runoff from the outside of the belts? Either way can be fine, but I would recommend a Harmsco Hurricane filter. It has a catch basin that will collect large solids. The collection chamber can be blown down throughout the day to empty the basin. We can also put a solenoid valve and timer on the unit and blow down at a regimented time interval. Here is a Hurricane filter link. Please look at the video at the bottom of the page;
