I installed this softener on 06-20-09. I'm not a plumber but installation and setup were fairly simple. The directions were easy to follow. Once installed, I noticed a dramatic difference in the water almost immediately. With a hardness of 12, my Texas water was not pleasant to drink. Now, the tap water tastes good. I had concerns about the "slimy" feeling with soft water but Mark explained how I could set the softening level. Thanks for the great product and the savings!

We wanted to soften my water and also remove the chlorine. Other companies wanted $3,000.00 or more and then I found out they only had a small abount of carbon in their system. We really like our soft, chlorine-free water and your company was wonderful in answering our questions about installation. We saved about $2,000.00 with your company.
