If you are looking for a high quality 5-stage reverse osmosis system, but don't want to break the bank, then the Aquapurion 5-Stage 50 GPD RO, system which uses all NSF, WQA and FDA Certified components is the answer. It installs neatly under your kitchen sink or can be remote installed in a basement or utility room.
Remember this - Most reverse osmosis systems have a 1-Year Warranty. Some companies don't even publish their warranty. What are they trying to hide? Why settle for less? The Aquapurion reverse osmosis system has a 3-Year Warranty. The choice is clear: Aquapurion Plus is the best buy!

Does not contain BPA. The BPA scare was directly due to information coming from some polycarbonate plastic materials. These are the hard shatter-resistant clear (or colored) drinking water bottles and things like baby bottles. Typically you will not see any BPA in plastics like polypropylene or PE as it is not one of the plastics used in the processing of the material. NSF does scan for BPA, so if there was elevated levels in the product it would fail the material extraction test.

US Water Systems has good products priced fairly. Shipment and delivery were prompt, and delivery charge fair considering the cross border shipping. If I require products of this type again, US Water Systems will definitely be considered as a supplier.

Purchased my first 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System-APRO-5050 in May, 2013 to receive shipment quicker than expected, 3 Days. Being 60 years old I had the maintenance man at my apartment complex install equipment, looked simple enough to me! Unfortunately it wasn't working correctly so I called support to speak to a gentleman by the name of Aaron Birkey. I can't say enough about the patience and diligence Aaron displayed working with a woman speaking a different terminology. Through picture emails and many a conversation he was able to successfully get this system in working order for me, KUDOS AARON! Now I'll have a drink on that with my outstanding tasting water, it really does the job! Thanks

I've purchased several of these (this item) and have been very satisfied with all of them.

Easy to install and puts out a lot more water than old one.

I replaced my old system with this one. I didn't realize that my old system had an air tap faucet installed, so in the middle of installing it, i did some re-search and found that it is a safety feature for a back flow of water, such as major floods or water line back flow from the street pipes. I called and the support stated that it is very rare that would happen and if it did, i would need to change the filters. I also realized my water heater was installed with a back flow prevention device, so all i have to worry about is a inter-house back up. I wished there was a note about this and an option to by the faucet that has the air gap.
The faucet makes noise when filling the tank, my older system was quiet, you never heard it filling the tank.
I gave 4 stars because after installing, flushing the system, and testing the water, it is doing it's job, as far as i can tell.

I am an installer for a Culligan dealer, but when someone I know needs a Reverse Osmosis System, I sell them yours because it costs a lot less and is a lot better. Please don't use my name for obvious reasons.

I've installed mine in Dec '12 (about a month now) and later on attached a permeate pump which reduces my wasted water by 40%. I now have a great tasting and clean water. No more buying from the water store 5 gallons at a time. Oh and by the way I was almost ripped-off of $999.00 by one of those water filtration companies offering to install a RO for us.

This is my second RO system and by far it out preforms our first one. The delivery rate of RO water is, by far, much higher. My need for instructions, because of having installed one, wasn't very high, but you included so much important information that I read and re-scaned the complete manual. I especially appreciated the water testing info along with the included testing meter that lets me know when to change the RO membrane. After what I had been through with an RO system before, I can, without hesitation, give your product a two thumbs up.

Simple water system to hook up

In 2008 I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C, to my utter shock. I had 3 blood transfusions in 1974 and contracted it then. I say that with certainty simply because it’s possibly the only way I could have contracted it.
I’ve always watched my diet and eaten healthy food, but I had a surgery in 2004 that became infected and the result was that the HepC jumped into action when I got so sick from the infection.
I went through the prescribed treatment for Genome 1A to no avail, I was still reactive and the viral load began to climb once again. I tried everything to control it naturally, but that didn’t work either. I drank the so-called Alkaline water, high PH water, and so forth….no apparent difference in my viral load whatsoever, so I quit wasting our savings.
Then last year we bought a home 50 GPM unit from US Water Systems. It’s the only thing I’ve done different as I had ceased all the “cure for Hepatitis” products after spending thousands of dollars. I had blood tests run last month and my viral load had dropped from 8M to 2M. This means that my body may be going into spontaneous remission. This is unheard of in a 60 year old person. It may have happened once or twice, we don’t know, but the facts are that spontaneous remission of HepC is less than !% and nearly all of those are children, from the medical research I have done.
I use the water from this system for cooking and ice cubes for my tea or soda…yes, I drink diet soda too. I don’t eat any different and I’m no saint on the eating thing either. I don’t juice, I’m not a vegan and I’m not a health crazed diet junkie. I eat the occasional fast food, pizza and even a doughnut once in awhile. Not all the time, but anyway, I eat like any ordinary person.
The only thing that my doctors and I can attribute my remission or at least a healthy drop in viral load levels to is that we use reverse osmosis water for nearly everything except bathing.
I’ve never been a drinker or used drugs so my body is quite healthy to begin with other than the Hepatitis, so perhaps those factors are a part of it also. But I have to say that I am looking at the water system in a really positive way right now. It is truly the only thing different in my life for the last year.
Has this happened to anyone else? Have you heard of this happening to anyone else?
At any rate, I’m going to continue using reverse osmosis as we live in CA. And after the Fukashima disaster, I think RO is the only way to go even if you’re on city water. Just dispose of your membrane in a facility that handles hazardous radioactive waste, like a hospital or other facility that knows what to do with the filter.
